Before we begin our journey, I’ll ask you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This short form helps me understand your health history, physical readiness, and any limitations I should be aware of. It’s an essential tool that allows me to create a custom program tailored specifically to your body, goals, and needs. Once completed, simply email it back to me, and we’ll dive deeper during our call.
This is where we get to know each other better! During the call, I’ll ask you a series of questions designed to uncover your unique fitness story and goals. Here’s what we’ll cover:
After our call, I’ll take all the information we discussed—your goals, preferences, health history, and unique challenges—and use it to design a custom 12-week program built specifically for you. This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan—it’s a strategic roadmap designed to help you reach your goals efficiently and sustainably.

Because this program is built from the ground up just for you, there is a cost for the time, expertise, and effort it takes to craft a plan that actually works. And as your coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way to adjust, adapt, and celebrate your wins.
